The PowerPoint to PDF Converter turns a .pptx presentation into a PDF, reconstructing each slide's text boxes, images and layout positioning directly from the file's XML. You can convert a subset of slides, switch to a notes or handout layout, check the slide layout preview before converting, and pick an export quality preset to balance sharpness against file size.
How to Convert PowerPoint to PDF
- Upload: Drop one or more .pptx files onto the drop zone, or click browse files.
- Set a slide range: Leave it blank to keep every slide, or enter something like
1-5, 8to keep only specific slides. - Choose a layout: Pick Full slide for one slide per PDF page, or a Handout layout to print 2, 4 or 6 slides per page.
- Pick export quality: Standard for a quick, smaller file, High for everyday sharing, or Print-ready for the crispest output at a larger file size.
- Preview: Click a file's Preview button to see a thumbnail of every slide's layout before converting.
- Notes (optional): With the Full slide layout, check Include speaker notes as text pages to add a page of notes text after each slide.
- Merge (optional): Check Merge all presentations into a single PDF to combine every uploaded file, in upload order, into one output file.

Slide-Range Selection
Enter a range such as 1-5, 8 to keep just the slides you need in the final PDF - useful for pulling a specific section out of a longer deck, or trimming a title slide and appendix before sharing.
Slide Layout Preview
Click Preview on any file to see a thumbnail grid of every slide, rendered from its actual text and image positions. Slides outside your current slide range are dimmed, so you can confirm exactly what will end up in the PDF before you convert.
Notes and Handout Layouts
The Full slide layout puts one slide per PDF page, matching the slide's own aspect ratio. Turning on speaker notes adds a page after each slide with that slide's notes text, similar to PowerPoint's own notes-page printout. Switch to a Handout layout to arrange 2, 4 or 6 slides per page on a Letter-sized sheet, each labeled with its slide number - a compact format for printed handouts or reviewing a deck at a glance.
Presentation-Quality Export Presets
Standard renders slides at a lower resolution for a quick, smaller PDF - fine for on-screen review. High roughly doubles the rendering resolution for crisp text and images when sharing or presenting from the PDF. Print-ready renders at triple resolution for the sharpest possible output, at the cost of a larger file - best when you plan to print the PDF.
Batch Conversion and Merging
Drop several .pptx files at once - each is parsed and converted independently, with its own slide range, layout and quality settings applied. Download each PDF separately, grab all of them at once as a ZIP, or turn on merge to combine every presentation into a single PDF in upload order, useful for combining multiple speakers' decks into one file.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the PDF look exactly like the original presentation?
It reconstructs each slide's text, images and layout positioning from the .pptx file's XML, so the overall structure and content match closely. Complex effects such as animations, embedded video, gradients and some chart or SmartArt graphics are not rendered - those appear as a labeled placeholder box in the output.
Can I convert older .ppt files?
Only modern .pptx files are supported. If you have an older .ppt file, save it as .pptx from PowerPoint first, then convert it here.
Can I convert a password-protected presentation?
Not currently. Remove the password in PowerPoint first, then convert the unlocked file.
Is there a slide count or file size limit?
No artificial limit - the practical limit is your device's memory, since everything is processed locally. Very long or image-heavy presentations will take longer to render, especially at the Print-ready quality preset.
Can I convert multiple presentations at once?
Yes. Drop as many .pptx files as you like - each is converted in turn, and you can download them separately, as a ZIP, or merged into one PDF.
