How to remove a plain-color background

Use the background remover

What do tolerance, softness, and edge shrink/grow do?

Softness controls how gradual the transition is at the edge, giving a smoother cutout instead of a hard edge. Edge shrink/grow moves the cutout boundary inward or outward by a few pixels, useful for trimming a thin ring of background color left behind on the subject's edge.
